SU Housing: Beyond Your Expectations

The residences at Stevenson University, which are located on the Owings Mills Campus, about 6 and 1/2 miles from the Greenspring Campus, combine the comforts of home with the excitement of on-campus living.

Freshmen enjoy suites which feature two bedrooms and a private bathroom. For upperclassmen, each 1,200 square-foot apartment includes four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a full kitchen.

All residences are fully furnished and carpeted and offer an array of amenities such as wired high-speed internet and cable TV connections, telephone connections, voice mail, and spacious closets. Wireless internet access is available throughout most residence halls but not all dorm rooms. Telephone service is not provided or available in every student bedroom, please inquire with your resident advisor for specifics.

Each furnished suite houses 4 students with a large bathroom area, a mini refrigerator, and a microwave.

The new suite-style residence hall, Wooded Way, features 4 or 6 person suites, arranged in doubles with furnished living area.

Washers & dryers are located on the first floor of each building. The cost of laundry is included in the housing fee. Washers and dryers are operated with the student's ID card. The E-suds laundry monitoring program is provided for convenience.

Each furnished apartment unit houses 4 upperclass students with two bathrooms, a living room, and kitchen with refrigerator, microwave oven, stove, and dishwasher.

Student housing is available to all full-time, matriculated students. Space is limited, and students are encouraged to commit to campus residency as soon as possible.

Resident parking is available with Stevenson University permits. Residents must maintain a 2.0 grade point average, must be enrolled as a full-time SU student and must adhere to the code of behavior for student housing.

The best way to experience SU housing is by visiting our campus! Best of all, prospective students can now earn a $250 credit towards their tuition when they register for and complete a qualifying campus visit. This credit will be awarded to them contingent upon their admission and enrollment to the University for the fall semester. We look forward to seeing you on campus!
