Art & Design Internships

Welcome to Stevenson University Art & Design Internships.

Paid and unpaid internships are an excellent way to gain valuable ‘real world’ experience and help students build confidence and become gainfully employed. We recommend that every student do at least one internship while studying art and design at Stevenson. Getting work experience outside the classroom can land your resume at the top of the pile when applying for positions, and internships often lead to full-time employment.

Stevenson art students do all kinds of great internships. Many students do more than one; some do three. Students are encouraged to do internships that relate to their career and personal aspirations in areas such as graphic design, web design, environmental design, packaging design, interior design, photography, illustration, video or television graphics, gallery or museum work, art education, and more.
